Terms of Service

Convert2JSON provides free, browser-based utilities for converting, validating and formatting developer data, and for generating source code from JSON samples. No account is required and no fee is charged.

You agree not to use the site to:

• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or the infrastructure serving it;
• scrape or automate access in a way that degrades service for other people, or attempt to circumvent technical limits;
• process data you are not authorised to handle, including credentials and personal data belonging to others.

You retain all rights in the data you enter. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store or claim any interest in it. See the privacy policy for detail.

Code and files generated from your input are yours to use, including commercially, with no attribution requirement from us.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Conversion and code generation are automated and best-effort. Results can be wrong or incomplete, particularly for unusual, ambiguous or very large inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before relying on it. Keep your own copy of anything important.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time and without notice. Tools may be added, altered or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The site may include third-party analytics and advertising. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, and the date above will reflect the change.
