These are the most valuable messages we receive, and the ones we act on first. To make a report actionable, please include:

• the tool page URL;
• a minimal input that reproduces the problem;
• the output you received and the output you expected;
• any non-default options you had set;
• your browser and version.

Please reduce the input to the smallest example that still shows the bug, and strip anything confidential from it. We do not need — and would rather not receive — your real production payloads.

Tell us what you are actually trying to do rather than only naming the tool. Knowing that you need to reconcile two exports from different systems tells us more than a request for “a better diff”, and often leads to a better tool.

The privacy policy covers what we do and do not collect. If something there is unclear or seems inconsistent with how the site behaves, we want to hear about it — that would be a bug in either the policy or the code.

This is a small project. We read everything, but replies are not guaranteed and can take a while. Clear reproduction steps get answered fastest.
